Doron Velta ACM Opaque Panel Set

Description

Opaque panel set for the R2 Doron Velta 3D Printer made from CNC cut Aluminium Composite (ACM) sheets.

All panels are 3mm thick.

What started as a joke that Voron Design would never make a Delta Printer turning into a April Fool’s joke producing a one-off printer (which we were involved in, producing panels of course) is now starting to become something more. Designed by Rogerlz who maintains the Danger Klipper firmware, he needed a delta for testing, and he was gifted an FLSun Q5. The idea was to dress this printer up as a Voron for April fools, but one thing lead to another and a new delta printer was designed only using the arms from the Q5. Note: Lead time is 3-5 working days, as panels are cut to order.

Cleaning Note

• Don’t use isopropanol or similar.
• Only clean with water or special PMMA cleaner.
